Otto is built to publish market data, not to collect yours. This page explains the small amount of data we handle and why.
What Otto is
Otto is a public, read-only market data service for Robinhood Chain: this web terminal, a REST/WebSocket API, and a hosted MCP server for AI agents. All published data is derived from public blockchain state and public market references — none of it is personal data.
Browsing the terminal and using the API / MCP server
No account is required. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) for security, debugging and abuse prevention; they are not used to profile you and are retained only as long as operationally needed. The MCP server exposes exclusively read-only tools — it never receives, stores or acts on your files, keys or portfolio.
Otto AI chat
Chat messages you send are forwarded to OpenAI to generate a response and are subject to OpenAI's API data policies. We apply per-IP rate limits and do not build user profiles from chat content. Do not include personal or sensitive information in prompts.
Alerts (optional account)
Creating alerts requires signing in with an email magic link (Supabase Auth). We store: your email address, your alert rules, triggered alert events, and — only if you link it — your Telegram chat ID for notification delivery. This data is used solely to operate your alerts. You can delete rules at any time; to delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it.
Cookies and local storage
The terminal uses local storage only to keep your Supabase session (if you sign in for alerts) and interface preferences. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
Third-party services
Otto runs on Render (hosting), Supabase (database and auth), OpenAI (Otto AI responses) and Telegram (optional alert delivery). Each processes only the data required to provide its function.
No selling of data
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
